Nadumu Maasai Women’s Organization, we believe that strong communities thrive when women are empowered as leaders. Despite carrying significant responsibilities, Maasai women are often excluded from leadership roles due to traditional beliefs. To challenge this inequality, we focus on developing leadership skills among women and young girls through educational programs and life skills training.
