NMW organization is the NGO which works with masai women and primary schools  in Arusha Monduli which want to make a difference and give them the opportunity to change what the community believes about them.

These are the values that lead to work based on our vision and mission that is what we want. Everyone is supposed to adhere to our values which lead us.

Teamwork
We work as a team to make things done easily and on time to start with leaders to the people we are working for. It brings efficiency at the workplace and everyone is responsible to make it happen.We work together so we can reach our mission and vision of the organization.

Innovation
We live in a world where technology and innovations are more useful. Also NMW org believe in creativity in their works in their projects which we do with the community and use technology to invert new products so we can go with the world market.

Proactive
Every member in an organization should be active and show high participation as they way of thinking ahead in solving challenges we safe as an organization and how to make it happen. We want to have members who are always thinking positively and see things in a positive way.

Compassion 
We want people who are willing to help other people in the community without judging them by their conditions or their appearance. We work with women in maasai community and primary schools so we want members who have wisdom,kind,warmth and patience enough to understand them and help them to go through their conditions

Accountability
We want everyone to be accountable to their actions, what they do, how they behave and their performance. We want people who are able to commit their time working with us, be accountable, do your work on time and make sure you take care of organization properties..

Equality and Equity
In NMW org we treat everyone equal no matter their race,gender disabled everyone is respected and get the opportunity to make difference in the community we make sure everyone is treated equal and supported equally no matter their situation. We believe everyone deserves better and needs to be treated the same and get opportunities to make changes in the community.

Respect 
We believe in respecting one another in providing ideas,in what they do the contribution they provide to the organization is respected. We want everyone to work comfortably with the partners we are working with, the primary schools ,community,and donors. We want to make an environment where everyone feels at home and welcoming.

Honestand transparency
One of the things we believe is trust and honesty between us in the organization. We believe that everything we do is open and clear for everyone in the organization everyone have the right to know what is going on in the organization and to question what he or she does not understand this means in financial .operation and projects that are done in the organization and this can make and create transparency and integrity .
