NMWorg work in creating leaders who have confidence to stand up and find their own rights ‘ hence maasai women do have of a lot responsibility in the community yet they’re not recognized as leaders and the have no right to be leaders so we decide to help women’s and young girls in local school to learn about leadership through activities such as life skills lesson in order for as to create an equal society we must work to change the mindset and perspective of youth and people in the society .the benefit of this is ten years to come we will have the society were everyone have the right to be a leader without any culture interference
